Dr. William N. Rowley, PhD, PE, CSP
For more than 30 years,Dr. William N. Rowley, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Rowley International Inc, has been directly responsible for the design of over 600 major swimming pool complexes worldwide. A registered and licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California, the District of Columbia, and 25 other states, Dr. Rowley is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), as well as a licensed California General Engineering Contractor, California General Plumbing Contractor, and California General Solar Contractor.

World renown for his research, expertise, and innovations during more than 40 years of experience, he has received the industry's highest honors, including his election as Life Fellow in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Rowley was also selected as Pool Consultant for the design of the 1984 Olympic Pool Complex in Los Angeles, California. He has served for over 20 years on Safety Committees with Federal, State and Local governments and continues to be a member of such code- specifying bodies

Ron J. Bravo, Project Director
Ron has been a key contributor to the success of Rowley International clients’ projects for more than two decades. Ron’s extensive portfolio includes world-class city, community, competition, educational, therapeutic, recreational and above-grade aquatic facilities. Highly skilled in the mechanical aspects of pool design and construction, Ron is also the world-renowned authority on the renovation of historic pools, such as the 1932 Olympic Swimming Pool and the 1984 Olympic Swimming Pool in Los Angeles and the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York. Additionally, Ron’s broad experience is a key factor in our success in international projects such as Reebok’s London Sports Club on Canary Wharf.

Gregory D. Cannon, Project Manager
An expert in all things mechanical, Greg brings to each project extensive technical training and experience, with specializations that include mechanical systems and hydraulics. With a degree in Business Administration, a number of professional technical certifications, and 20 years of project management experience, Greg's leadership, critical expertise, and attention to technical detail and quality control are highly valued in all Rowley International projects in which he is involved.
