LA Live Hotel & Residence, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Los Angeles, California

Rowley International is involved with two Above-Grade Pools and two Above-Grade Hydrotherapy Spas in the Ritz Carlton Hotel. One pool is 1,707 square feet with a 158 square foot hydrotherapy spa located on the 4th floor. The second pool is 776 square feet with a 120 square foot hydrotherapy spa located on the 26th floor. This hotel/above-grade pool project is part of the L.A. LIVE! development, a new 6-block pedestrian-oriented entertainment and retail development intended to expand the entertainment hub started by the Staples Center. The 54-story residential and hotel tower is the first tall building to be constructed in downtown Los Angeles in nearly two decades. The residential and hotel tower portion of the project combines two hotel brands, J.W. Marriott and Ritz Carlton, offering a total of a 1,000 keys (874 J.W. Marriott keys, 124 Ritz Carlton). Attached to the hotel tower is a new 80,000-square-foot conference center with a 25,000 square-foot ballroom. The tower and new conference center represent half of the 4-million total square foot in the LA LIVE! development, and will sit adjacent to the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center, home to numerous professional sports teams.
